Our Long Walk Completed

On the 1st September at 9pm, David Skoppek and Alan Stapleton set off from Parliament Square for an all night walk through the city of London. The walk saw them visit 17 iconic attractions including the London Eye, the Shard, Tower Bridge, 02 Arena, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace, all of which looked incredible lit up on the cool summer's night. At 11pm however, the skies opened and it rained for the next three hours but still our fearless walkers pressed on. After 9 hours of walking, the duo arrived back at Westminster exhausted but still smiling. The event raised a total of £450 from online donations which will go towards supporting the charity's ongoing work improving education in South Africa.
