TRAT: Fastest Charity LEJOG: Riders Resources

LEJOG Riders Resources

Cycling from Lands End to John O Groats in the fastest fully supported charity ride is a huge challenge for anyone - even the most fittest amongst us.  It requires mental as well as physical fitness. We have provided some riders resources to make your charity Lands End to John O Groats (LEJOG) the most enjoyable experience for you and help you to get the very best out of it.  It has been complied with previous veteran LEJOG riders who have successfully completed the TRAT End to End with us before and draws on their knowledge, training and expertise.  The riders resources are there to help you with your LEJOG training and provide useful information about general health and fitness for a successful LEJOG ride.  The fundraising pack is also full of ideas to help you with raising your sponsorship to support the work of the Bishop Simeon Trust working with people living with HIV/AIDS in South Africa.  You can also view our main Bishop Simeon Trust fundraising pack here
