Alternative Gifts
Are you tired of giving or receiving birthday or Christmas gifts you don’t really need? Why not suggest to your friends and family that they support the Bishop Simeon Trust in lieu of your gift! They can purchase an item really needed by one of the projects we support – such as food parcels, badly needed by community groups caring for orphans and people with HIV/AIDS.
Food Parcel Gift Cards cost £10 each, and all the money raised from their sale will be spent ONLY on buying food parcels for families in need.
The Bishop Simeon Trust will provide you with a Gift Card depicting one of the projects that will receive the money.
The Trust also stocks a very small collection of South African gifts – such as hand painted mugs with animal designs and a few beaded items (AIDS ribbon badges and little beaded Christmas decorations – angels, Christmas trees, stars etc).
