Tshepo Hope provides a safe, happy pre-school environment for 88 children, aged between birth & six years.  Currently 35 of the children are known to be HIV positive. The project also runs a Home Based Care service, where caregivers visit families in their community affected by HIV/AIDS, offering love and care, counselling and support on a daily basis.  Food parcels are given to 96 families each month, including nine child-headed households.

Bambanani has 15 caregivers who care for approx 200 patients at any one time – plus 78 orphans.  The vast majority of the patients are either infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. A food distribution scheme serves housebound patients and old people looking after orphans.  About 70 people are looked after weekly with this scheme and a further 20, who have no other source of food, twice weekly.

These are examples of projects that will be helped.
